Episode 39 - Check-In: Rewiring Unhealthy Relationship Patterns

Each month, Still Becoming brings you a Check-In episode. These episodes are focused on mental health, emotional health, or personal growth, and involve a short teaching and a few take aways in around 15 to 30 minutes.

I asked a while back on Instagram what might be one topic you guys really want to hear about in these Check-In episodes, and the consistent response was an episode about healthy and unhealthy relationship patterns, and questions about rewiring after a difficult relationship or family dynamic. We are exploring boundaries, codependency, interdependence, and attachment styles. It is a rich episode. In the episode I mention I will put books you can explore in the show notes, these are also books I always pull from when teaching on these topics, see below:

The In-Between
Still Becoming with Monica DiCristina
Still Becoming is a podcast about how it's never too late to become more free, more yourself, or try something new. We are all in the process of becoming more or less of something, of growing into ourselves. Informed by her own journey of struggling through anxiety to now working with others as a psychotherapist, Monica DiCristina interviews people about their stories of overcoming and becoming, or starting something new, as well as experts we can all learn from. We are not designed to stay the same, we are all still becoming.
