This is a meditation all about learning to listen to our feelings without judgement. You may be having a lot of feelings lately, and we often judge what we hear or feel inside. In this episode, we’ll listen to sounds in nature in order to practice listening without judgement. And then we’ll make space for some feelings you might be having as well. This is part story, part experience, and all calming and soothing. It is something you can listen to alone, sitting, while walking, or even with your family if that applies.
