This is a meditation all about taking a few minutes to unplug in order to refresh and recharge.

Things are very overwhelming right now, and we are being inundated with information that is scary, worrisome, and heartbreaking. There are also many people trying to give us positive resources. We are also often scrolling through social media seeing how others are responding during this COVID-19 pandemic, and inevitably comparing ourselves at times. There are so many new decisions to make, and it is all happening very fast.

All of this can feel overwhelming. It is so important to unplug periodically emotionally and mentally. This meditation provides a short guided time to do that.
