Beautiful narrative about how our sore spots get hit. This is something I will have to keep coming back to, to keep learning. And so excited to see the cover. :) Thanks for being a guide through this life!

For me I often get stuck feeling ashamed that I've been hooked again. The narratives are so deeply embedded the healing takes more time than I'd like . Thank you as always for sharing vulnerably and lighting the way forward step by step

I hear you about that - we are often hardest on ourselves for things that are not really in our control. Getting hooked again is hard, but nothing to be ashamed of, and honestly I don't believe it is anyone's fault when it happens. You're not alone, and I imagine doing a much better job than you are crediting yourself for.

How easily old hurts raise their vulnerable heads to make us small for a minute. Your book is anticipated to say the least❤️

They do make us feel small for a minute, that is exactly right! And thank you!

This description of the angry man is so real and poignant that is is infuriating. Can we just imagine what it might be like to be his employee or worse, his spouse? I think it was so stressful and I am sorry. You made all of us understand what can happen if we stand up to certain people and why we must. Thank you.
