Something New: A Meditationš
Hi everyone,
I wish I could hear how you all are doing through this experience with COVID-19. Sending each of you love and care.
This month's regular interview has been delayed in light of everything that is going on in our world. Instead,Ā we have our very first Still Becoming Meditation. A lot of people have requested or suggested a meditation, and my hope is that this is the best time to release it.
Meditation: The Permission To Unplug
Things are very overwhelming right now, and we are being inundated with information that is scary, worrisome, and heartbreaking. There are also many people trying to give us positive resources. We might find ourselves scrolling through social media to see how others are responding during this COVID-19 pandemic, and inevitably comparing ourselves at times. There are so many new decisions to make, and it is all happening very fast.
All of this can feel overwhelming. It is so important to unplug periodically emotionally and mentally. This meditation provides a short guided time to do that.When we unplug, we refresh ourselves to plug back in to serve in our roles in our families, work, and communities.
